You can tell our room has recently been updated. Nice & comfortable. King Bed was comfy with choice of soft or firm pillows.

The person who was on duty this morning deserves a big fat raise. The dumbest thing ever happened to me. I lost my glasses and I am blind without them, I was in a panic. The front desk gentleman came in and helped me tear my room apart and find them. He was so kind and understanding for this dumb blonde. Highly recommend. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Kind and nonjudgmental staff. Lol.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was OK, nothing to write home about but not bad either. They messed up the key card to begin with necessitating a trip back downstairs with luggage in tow but second time worked and apologized. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, not as good as most choice hotels I have been at. Overall, I would stay there again if I needed to stay overnight in the area again.

Highly recommend! Updated, clean room. Great customer service. We arrived late and were cheerfully greeted by Raj. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Renewed our faith in the Comfort brand!

We stayed here one night and everything about this place was wonderful. We travel often and our requirements for a good stay are relatively simple. Cleanliness (room, bed and bath), space for unpacking, good connectivity and bedside plugins. Above and beyond a friendly staff and nice breakfast area. This hotel ticked every box and it was an AFFORDABLE rate. Well done!

Raj at the front desk was very polite , professional and welcoming to this tired traveler. Room was spotless and comfy. I travel a lot and this place definitely stands out as top notch, especially at such a great price. The next morning upon checkout, Raj was again at the front desk. He greeted me warmly , was prompt with a receipt when I requested one , wished me a great dayvas I departed. Very pleasant and restful stay in a clean accommodating place. Sorry I cant rate the breakfast as I was running late leaving and had to rush out. I'm sure it's decent based on the rest of my experience. Will definitely stay again when I pass through.

Everything was perfect. But, you know that customer service can change any experience! This is another area that this establishment excels in!!! They always seem to do or say something that you don't expect that changes a very good experience into an excellent experience!! Thank you so much. If I could give a reward out....you would get the Excellence reward for all you do. Choice hotels should take note on this business!!!

I was very pleased with this hotel! :-) The room was updated and very clean. I actually really liked the layout of the room and furniture simplicity. I'm one of those that as much as I don't want to see someone else's hair, I still look, and praise be I did NOT see anything from a previous guest! The lobby was nice, the dining area was nice, good breakfast choices, the same as everywhere really, but the food was kept full and tidy. Shout out to Raj for keeping the place looking good! The only thing I would mention is to look carefully if you come in off Kimberly Road. The entrance is the driveway to the car dealer (there's a small sign) and then you wind around behind it to get to the hotel. I would also recommend to Comfort Inn to paint the outside a nice new, refreshing, more modern color to match how nice the inside is! Stay here! It's great!
